What must be on a valid B2B invoice
- Your SIREN/SIRET, legal form, and full address
- Client's name and address
- Invoice date and a unique, sequential invoice number
- Description and quantity of goods or services
- Unit price excluding VAT, and any discounts
- VAT rate and amount — or the exemption/reverse-charge wording
- Total amount due, payment terms, and late-payment penalty terms
