What must be on a valid B2B invoice
- A unique, sequential invoice number
- Your name, address, and VAT registration number
- Customer's name and address
- Invoice date and the date of supply (tax point)
- Description, quantity, and unit price (excl. VAT) for each item
- VAT rate per item, total excl. VAT, and VAT amount shown separately
