What must be on a valid B2B invoice
- Your VAT ID number and a unique, sequential invoice number
- Invoice date and delivery date
- Name and address of both supplier and customer
- Description and quantity of goods or services
- Applicable VAT rate and VAT amount
- For intra-EU B2B invoices, the customer's VAT ID as well
