What must be on a valid B2B invoice
- Invoice date and a unique, sequential invoice number
- Your VAT registration number (momsregistreringsnummer)
- Name and address of both seller and buyer
- Description of goods or services, and the date of supply
- Amount excluding VAT, per VAT rate
- Applicable VAT rate(s) and VAT amount
