By creating an account and using Agency OS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Johannes Brauner, Hein-Hoyer-Str. 23, 20359 Hamburg, Germany.
Agency OS is a SaaS platform for creative freelancers providing tools for job management, quoting, invoicing, crew coordination, and production budgeting.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You may not share your account with third parties.
Agency OS is a paid service billed monthly. You can subscribe on the web, where payments are processed by Stripe, or in the iPhone app, where payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. All prices include applicable VAT where required by law.
Prices in the App Store are set in your local currency and may differ slightly from the prices above.
Free trials: where offered, web subscriptions start with a 30-day free trial and the Booker Plan with a 14-day free trial in the App Store. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged at the end of the trial.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Web subscriptions are cancelled in your account settings. Subscriptions purchased in the App Store are managed and cancelled in your Apple ID settings, and Apple's terms apply to those purchases, including refunds. No refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Agency OS. We do not claim any rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

Agency OS provides tools to create quotes, invoices and e-invoices (ZUGFeRD / Factur-X) and to record receipts. You remain responsible for the content and correctness of the documents you issue, for the tax treatment you choose, and for keeping your business records as required by law.
Agency OS does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice. Figures shown in the app, such as profit or finance overviews, are estimates. Receipt scanning reads documents automatically and can make mistakes, so please check the values before you rely on them.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active systems. Copies in our backups are deleted automatically as those backups expire. Payment records held by Stripe or Apple, and records we are legally required to keep, are retained for as long as the law requires. This action is irreversible.
Before deleting your account, please export any invoices and documents you are required to keep.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where possible, we announce planned maintenance by email in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agency OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hamburg.
