What must be on a valid B2B invoice
- Your NIF, and the client's NIF for most B2B invoices
- Full name and address of both parties
- Continuous, gap-free sequential invoice numbering
- Issue date
- Clear description of the goods or services
- Taxable base (base imponible)
- Applicable VAT rate and VAT amount in euros
