Time Tracking

Track billable hours directly inside jobs. One tap starts the timer from anywhere in the app. All entries are stored per job with hourly rate and line amount — ready to invoice.

Start the timer

Click the REC button in the top navigation bar. Select the job you are working on and add an optional note.

Timer runs in the background

While the timer runs, the button shows elapsed time (HH:MM:SS) with a blinking indicator and the job name. Navigate freely — the timer keeps running.

Stop and save

Click the REC button again to stop. The time entry is saved to the job automatically.

View time entries in the job

Open any job and scroll to the Time Tracking section. Entries are listed with date, duration, hourly rate, and line amount. Duration rounds to 15-minute increments.

Add or edit entries manually

You can add time entries directly in the table without using the timer — useful for logging time after the fact.

Export from the Archive

In Archive → Time Tracking tab, filter by client, month, or year and export to CSV for invoicing or tax purposes.
