DATEV & CSV Export

Open Archive

Navigate to Archive from the sidebar. Make sure you are in the Documents tab.

Click Export Documents

Find the Export Documents button at the top right of the Archive page and click it.

Choose a time period

Select This Year, Last Year, a specific quarter, month, or a custom date range.

Select the format

Choose DATEV to get a ZIP file with a EXTF Buchungsstapel CSV and invoice PDFs — ready for import into DATEV-compatible accounting software. Choose CSV for a simple spreadsheet.

Click Export and download

The file downloads immediately. Hand the ZIP to your tax advisor or import it directly into your accounting software.
