Open a job and go to Crew

Inside the job card or edit form, find the Crew section.

Add a crew member

Select from your existing crew list or create a new one inline. Enter name, role, email, phone, and Instagram handle.

Set the crew fee

In the Crew Budget section, add the agreed fee for each crew member. This is included in the job's total cost calculation.

See the crew on job cards

Crew names appear on compact job cards in the Pipeline, showing the first few members at a glance.

Keep crew data reusable

Crew members are saved to your roster. Add them to future jobs without re-entering their details.
