No — at 3.90€/month the price itself is low enough that we skip the trial. Cancel any time through Apple.

Yes, right from the app under Settings → Subscription, or through Apple's Manage Subscriptions. Your Booker payment is credited towards the upgrade.

No. Booker is iOS-only, sold as an Apple in-app purchase — there is no web dashboard for it. Base and Pro both work on web and mobile.
